Over 60 Latino students from Rome High spend day at GHC

Over 60 Latino students from Rome High School spent the day at Georgia Highlands College’s Rome campus Thursday.

GHC President Don Green presented a special program called “Next Generation Careers.” Students then had the opportunity to take part in a panel with Latino students, faculty, and staff.

After a 30-minute campus tour, students had lunch and listened to a special presentation by GHC’s Vice President for Student Affairs Todd Jones on how to prepare for college.
