2015 Foundation Camp
Well over 100 boys between the ages of 10 and 14 are participating in GHC’s 10th annual free Foundation Camp. The two-week camp takes place on the GHC Rome campus between June 1st and June 12th.
Transportation within Rome’s city limits is also provided, including a free breakfast and lunch.
Foundation Camp is one of several partnerships between the 100 Black Men of Rome-Northwest Georgia and Georgia Highlands College. It focuses on academics, athletics and enrichment courses intended to build self-respect and confidence, and to allow the young men to experience college.
