Chargers roll to 15th win of the season
Behind a strong first half push by the Chargers ,GHC defeats Central Georgia Tech 83-72. The Chargers got off the a fast start in the first half leading 42-27 at the break. The Chargers had 5 players in double digits Led by Donovan Harris and Ty Toney with 15 points, Terrance Thompson with 13 points, Denzel Council with 12 and Taquan Givens with 10. the win puts the Chargers season record at 15-2 and 5-1 in GCAA Conference play. The Chargers are on the road on Sunday Jan. 18th for a conference game with Chattahoochee Tech. Tip off 4:30pm.

The Lady Titians rolled past the Lady Chargers of GHC for a 77-57 GCAA Conference win. Central Georgia led at the half 43-22. The Lady Chargers had no answer at the Stable tonight for the Lady Titians led by #11 Jenkins with 19 points. GHC played better in the second half outscoring Central Georgia 35-34 in the second half. but the 20 point deficit at the half was too much to overcome for the Lady Chargers. GHC was led by `VaQueshia Hall and Deanna Blankinship both with 11 points.
The loss puts the Lady Chargers season record at 8-12 and 3-5 in GCAA Conference play. GHC next game is Sunday Jan. 18th on the road versus Chattahoochee Tech.
