High School Students/Graduates Application for Admission – Associate Degree Nursing Program

Admission to the nursing program is a three step process: admission to the college, submission and acceptance of all required documentation, and acceptance to the nursing program. Applications for the ASN Program High School Student/Graduate option can be submitted from January 1st - April 1st.

Dual-Enrollment Students: A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 is required for consideration. Please submit a Dual Enrollment Update form and copy of final high school transcript including graduation date to the Admissions office.

Full-time Plan of Study: A minimum high school academic/HOPE GPA of 3.0 with an ACT composite score of at least 24 with an English score of at least 22 and a Math score of at least 20.

Compliance with the above minimum requirements does not guarantee admission to the Nursing Program. The records of all applicants who meet minimum requirements will be reviewed after the application deadline and students who are admitted will be notified by mail.
